ACH Refund Printing Confirmation A new notification has been added to the transaction detail report letting you know when check refunds have been printed. Also, a new reporting feature has been added to help you confirm when check (ACH) refunds have been processed. When a refund is issued, a paper check is mailed directly to the address of the consumer. The refund transaction has always appeared in the Transaction Report, but we have added a second transaction line item called "Paper Draft Printed". This transaction line will appear in your transaction reports on the day the refund check is printed. We continue to improve our online reporting tools to better serve our merchants and hope you find this new addition useful for your own customer service needs.
Improved Transaction Report Changes have made to the transaction report to make it even faster and easier to use. The following enhancements have been made to the Transaction Report menu option. 1. Faster processing time: results are displayed several times quicker than in the past.
2. Pageable results: results are now returned in a pageable format, with page navigation options available above and below the table.
3. Two display formats: you can view the results in the current two lines per transaction format, or in a wide format version with one line per transaction.
4. Customizable rows per page: the number of rows per page can be selected by the user (default is 25).
5. Download to Excel option: you can now download a spreadsheet version of the report directly from the report results screen by clicking on the "Download to Excel" option.
6. Printable format option: you can display a "one page" version of the report (similar to the current format) that is convenient for printing by clicking on the "Printable Format" option. This will open up a new window for easy printing.
7. Sortable results: if you select the Wide format display option (one row per transaction), you can click on most of the column titles to sort the results by that column on the fly. For example, click on the "Consumer" column to sort the results by consumer name. (Default sort order is by transaction order date/time).
8. Pop-up calendar: makes it esier to select report date ranges.
Go Wireless With The Mobile Merchant Center The familiar Online Merchant Center virtual terminal and reporting options you depend on are now available from your wireless device. Devices supported Any wireless device with Internet access and a WAP enabled browser. This includes WAP enabled cell phones, PDAs, and other wireless communication devices. Features and Capabilities Payment Processing: Supports credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and electronic check (ACH) processing. Both credit card Pre-auth and Sale transactions are available. Real-time payment authorization: Your transactions are processed immediately, giving you real-time notification of whether the payment was accepted or declined. Reporting: View transaction approve/decline results and details about any of your transactions --- regardless of how they were submitted i.e. wireless device, web storefront, or virtual terminal). Easy to enable: Merchant Partners wireless transaction processing is an integrated component of the Online Merchant Suite. No separate Merchant Commerce Inc. account or merchant account is required --- all you need is a wireless device and wireless service. Online Merchant Center integration: Wireless transactions are processed using the same secure payment engine that your web transactions. All of the Online Merchant Center FRISK and reporting features are available. Virtual Terminal Recurring Billing Option: A new feature has been added to the Online Charge and Online Check virtual terminal allowing you to create recurring transactions as well as one-time billings. Options include billing frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), maximum number of billings (set amount or unlimited), first recurring date (next billing cycle or particular date).
